Energy Reclaiming Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath with Lindsay Days

If you are looking for deep healing, join us for the Reclaim Your Energy Workshop with Lindsay, a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Sound Healer and Jasmine a Meditation Instructor and Energy Healer. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of experience, beginner to advanced. All you need to bring is a yoga matt and an open mind. 

Our workshop will begin with a meditation led by Jasmine, designed to ground your body and refresh your energy. We will breathe into the earth, feeling that connection and support of our physical bodies. Then we will retrieve and recharge our scattered personal energy back into ourselves. This meditation allows us to feel more present when we are overwhelmed or drained.

After we are grounded and centered, Lindsay will begin a 40 minute restorative yoga practice. A sound bath with restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing therapeutic experience that combines the gentle, supportive postures of restorative yoga with the immersive vibrational tones of a sound bath. It is a powerful way to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and promote a sense of deep inner peace. The practice can help clear energetic blockages and support emotional healing. The practice will be followed by an extended shavasana where we will rest our bodies, to fully absorb our practice and the sound. The rich layered tones provide a focal point to help quiet mental chatter and encourage a state of presence. Participants often report leaving a session feeling lighter, clearer and more in tune with their body and mind.
